You can access the helpdesk system by visiting the following web address http://xpl.expressdynamics.com

Username - will be the email address you entered when filling out your first support request form

Password – will be sent to you via email upon completion of your first helpdesk request (if you do not know your password, click on the “Click here if you forgot your password” link to have a new one generated and sent to you)
