How do I change my password in the Helpdesk system?

Log into the helpdesk at http://xpl.expressdynamics.com

Username - will be the email address you entered when filling out your first support request form

Password – will be sent to you via email upon completion of your first helpdesk request (if you do not know your password, click on the “Click here if you forgot your password” link to have a new one generated and sent to you)

Once you have logged into the system, click on the “Favorites” button along the top right of the page and choose “Main Menu”

Click on the “Change Password” link

Erase the dots that are in the password field and type in the new password you would like to use. Confirm the password and click the “Save” button along the bottom right side of the page. (Passwords need to be at least 4 characters in length)
