Social Eng: Exe masquerade

A page infected by this contains a link to an executable, which is masquerading as some sort of image. This is not a software exploit, but is an example of social engineering with the goal of tricking the viewer into downloading a piece of malicious software. The producer of these pages rely on the desire of the viewer to "look at those pictures" at any cost and on the fact that Windows hides file extensions by default.
For example, SportsIllustrated.exe appears on a default Windows PC as 'SportsIllustrated' with no extension (either .jpg or .exe) Consequently, it's not easy to know that it's not really a picture.
