LinkScanner Pro displays alerts in the following situations:

  1. When the software has been updated
  2. When a SearchShield or QuickScan inspection uncovers a (potentially) unsafe site
  3. When a malsite has been blocked
  4. When an exploit has been blocked

Here’s what a software update alert looks like:

One of the three unsafe site alerts below will be displayed when a SearchShield or QuickScan inspection uncovers a (potentially) unsafe site. Yellow represents QUESTIONABLE, Orange is RISKY, and Red is DANGEROUS. For further information on these alerts and what they mean, please refer to the LinkScanner Pro User Guide.
