LinkScanner Pro displays alerts in the following situations:
- When the software has been updated
- When a SearchShield or QuickScan inspection uncovers a (potentially) unsafe site
- When a malsite has been blocked
- When an exploit has been blocked
Here’s what a software update alert looks like:
One of the three unsafe site alerts below will be displayed when a SearchShield or QuickScan inspection uncovers a (potentially) unsafe site. Yellow represents QUESTIONABLE, Orange is RISKY, and Red is DANGEROUS. For further information on these alerts and what they mean, please refer to the LinkScanner Pro User Guide.
