There is a known issue with NOD32 and LinkScanner Pro. The issue is due to the way that NOD32 tries to reorganize the network stack, after LinkScanner Pro, is installed. It can cause, failed installations, loss of network connectivity, or LinkScanner Pro not functioning properly.

The resolution to any of these issues, is to install LinkScanner Pro, before installing NOD32. If NOD32 is already installed on your system, you will need to uninstall it, install LinkScanner Pro and reboot, then reinstall NOD32 to resolve the issue.

The steps above, have resolved all interoperability issues, LinkScanner Pro has had with NOD32.

If you continue to have issues with NOD32 and LinkScanner Pro, please feel free to contact our helpdesk.
