How do I view or reply to a Helpdesk ticket?

Log into the helpdesk at http://xpl.expressdynamics.com

Username - will be the email address you entered when filling out your first support request form

Password – will be sent to you via email upon completion of your first helpdesk request (if you do not know your password, click on the “Click here if you forgot your password” link to have a new one generated and sent to you)

You will open up to your "Product Issues" page. Click on the "Ticket Number" and\or "Ticket Title" for the ticket you wish to review or update. Once you have clicked on the link, you will see all the notes on that particular issue.

If you would like to add notes to the ticket, please click on the "REPLY" button and enter them into the box that is supplied. If you would like to attach any files, please do so by using the "Browse" buttons along the bottom of the text box.

Once you have entered all the notes you would like and attached any files that you think would be helpful, or that we may requested, click on the "Save" button at the bottom right of the window.
